Individual rosettes range from 1-6″ across

Mature rosettes will produce runners that readily root in and continue to spread

Full sun

Medium moisture, well drained soils. Will rot if introduced to to much moisture

Hens and Chicks will rarely flower. When they do a mature rosette will put on upward growth and produce small pink flowers at the top

Flowers occur when the specific rosette is declining

Tolerances: Deer, rabbit, drought, rocky soils
