Moist, well draining soils. Adaptable to most soil types and conditions

Small white flowers bloom in large flat topped clusters

Early summer on old wood

After flowers are spent, vibrant blue berries mature late summer into fall

Toothed, dark green glossy foliage during the growing season

Leaves turn a purplish red in the fall

Tolerances: Clay soils

Attracts: Bees and butterflies

After viburnums flower, clusters of fruits will take their place. Fruiting will be more prolific if you have another viburnum.
